The Wooden Boombox

I was approached last year by Jake Mize of thewoodenboombox.com to collaborate on a project – he builds small boom boxes out of laser cut wood as a passion project. Unfortunately we didn’t get to finish the project, but it was a great excuse to do an homage to Frida Kahlo and share my personal motto: Die Happy. I made a 3D version of what it would have looked like if completed as well. You can see a process video I made on vimeo: The Wooden Boombox process
